Transparency Commitment: 
At B2B Start Up Now, we are committed to full transparency in our services. There are no hidden fees or fine print that require extensive digging to uncover.

 We hereby will refer to you the consumer, purchaser of services, as "you" / "your" and B2B Start Up Now, provider of services, as "us" / "we" / "our", and any third party providers we use as "their" / "theirs".

1. Insurance Policy Creation:  
  While we assist in creating your insurance policies, please note that the premiums necessary to initiate and maintain these policies are not included in our base package. You will receive policy quotes from us, and you are responsible for contracting with the insurer and making payments directly to them and completing any documentation they require for starting your policy(s).

2. State  Fees, Business Set Up Fees:
 State licensing requirements vary by business type and state. As such, any registration fees or Articles of Organization fees are not included in the base package price and you will incur additional costs as needed for your businesses home state.  Additionally, fees for name reservations, fictitious business name applications, and permits are also not included in the base package price and you will incur additional costs if you request any such item to be completed by us. 

3. Software Applications and Accounts: 
 The initial start and maintenance fees for software applications and accounts are not included in any price pricing. Payment arrangements must be managed directly between you and the respective third-party providers.

4. Website Creation Add-On and SEO service: 
 Monthly hosting fees are not included in our price and you must pay the third-party hosting company directly.   One time SEO service is included in the price of the ad-on.  Additional SEO service is not included in the ad-on price  you will need to contact a third-party of your choosing to perform such work and you will be responsible for payment of their fees. 

5. Legal Package Add-On:  
 The legal package add-on service incurs a monthly fee, monthly fees you will need to pay directly to our partner Legal Shield.

6. Registered Agent: The first year of service with the registered agent of our choosing is included in the price of the base package. Subsequent annual renewals will need to be paid by you directly to the third-party provider. 

7. Personalized Training:   Priced per hour. This includes only training via remote sessions through Microsoft TEAMS.  This training includes training for you and up to three additional parties who will be involved in your new business entity.  The training sessions will occur with both you and your selected other parties at the same times in the same TEAMS session and will not occur at separate times or dates individually. 

9. Policy & Procedure Manuals:  The add-on service for each policy and procedure manual package will be determined per your businesses needs and state regulations.  If you need additional policy and or procedure manuals written for your specific business you will receive an estimate of cost from us upon your request.  All documents included  in your policy and or procedure manual packet will be sent to you as editable files through electronic file sharing unless otherwise specified. Postage is not included in the add-on price.

Included in the base package price: please note what services are specifically stated in the package of your choosing.  Turn around time will range from 1 week to 1 month depending on State requirements, and complexity of business set up. All packages include 24/7 support for up 2 months once set up is complete. 

Arbitration Clause.  In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties to this agreement, it is hereby agreed that the dispute shall be referred to United States Arbitration & Mediation for arbitration in accordance with United States Arbitration & Mediation Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and judgment may be entered thereon. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator’s award, or fails to comply with arbitrator’s award, the other party is entitled of costs of suit including a reasonable attorney’s fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
